Why the Sunnah and Hadith Must Be Followed

All the Prophet () did and said,
Were done for a reason.
They should be followed to stay out of a hell of a prison.

    Rasulullah () drank sitting down,
    Some other man he stands,
    Then it is likely he will start to choke
    Now look what’s on his hands.

Rasulullah () once said, “Leave one third of your stomach for food, one third for water, and one third for air.
Some man, he does not follow this,
Stuffs himself and finds himself obese.
Obesity is something bad,
Something no one wants in the least.

    So follow the sunnah and hadith,
    You’ll find it very useful.
    The things Rasullullah () did and said,
    Were meant to be resourceful.
