Every adult Muslim, especially in this country (U.S.A.), should fill out a will detailing that their affairs be handled in a proper Islamic way upon death. To facilitate this, the Connecticut Council of Masajid has published an Islamic Will Form. Please download the form below, print it out, read it carefully, and fill in the relevant information.
